Rest in Peace 'Baby Bear'

DSCN1126 (Medium).jpg

Today Jean and I had to make the hardest decision of our lives to date. We sent our dear dear Baby Bear to a better place. She was the most wonderful little girl, 19 years old but not a day over four. Jean and I are very connected with our kids, as Jean's battle and victory over cancer, we can't bear children. These pets are our kids in every sense. She happily past at 400 pm Sept 8th 2005, without pain or suffering. She had battled cushings disease for the last seven years, successfully so and was in great health. Her health took a dramatic dive this morning, when she suffered a brain aneurism. She never changed her demeanour, she was a loving pup to the end. She was the most incredible animal, so loving and so dearly loved. I'm not sure how we'll move on from here, but we will some how. We gave her the honour, respect, and love she deserved as Jean and I held her close, as she passed from this world on.

Words could never express how very 'special' she is, or the pain and grief we we now endure. It will get better in time, we thankfully have so many special memories that will never fade. We are so honoured to have had all her love and care, all these years ... one could never have a better little girl.

Rest in Peace our little baby girl.

Mommy and Daddy Love You Dearly.

I'm sorry to hear about your loss, our thoughts are with you and yours.

My deepest sympathy to both of you over your loss...

Mate,
I'm so sorry to hear this. I know exactly what you are feeling. We lost our 'old mate' of 17 years last year. They live on in our memories...
Chin up,
Brad.

I'm sooooo sorry Steve.

We've had a few pets pass away.....
some we've had to have put to sleep younger than they should've had to be.
So, we totally understand your heartache.
I read that your sweet dog was sick. Try to remember, she's not hurting anymore.

You might never forget her but, you both will heal. And I hope you will someday give your gift of love to another animal in the future.

Your friends Steve & Cindy
